Directors: Carmen Portillo, Albert Mas and Nicolas Rozès. She has got the qualification of Excellent. Congratulations, new Doctor !!

Today 21st November 2024, our PhD student Paloma Toraño Jiménez has presented in the Faculty of Oenology her thesis "Efecto de las manoproteínas de levadura sobre Oenococcus oeni y la fermentación maloláctica del vino".
